Nashville Workstations Warranty

Our goal is simple. Build desks that last, install them with care, and stand behind the work. The warranty below explains what is covered, what is not, and how we help if something goes wrong.

1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Every workstation includes a one year warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This coverage applies to:

  • Structural or assembly issues caused by improper installation of the sit-stand base
  • Material or joinery problems that affect the strength or performance of the desk
  • Mounting of monitors, adapters, speakers, or cable management components that do not remain properly secured or perform as intended under normal use

This warranty ensures your workstation functions and feels solid from the start.

Adjustments or modifications made after the initial installation, such as adding new equipment, re routing cables, or changing the workstation layout, are not covered under warranty and may require a separate service call or additional charge.

5-Year Structural Warranty (Butcher Block Desktop Only)

Our Butcher Block desktops are built to last. We guarantee the integrity of the structure for 5 years from the date of delivery. This includes glue joints, seams, and laminations. If any part of the desktop separates, cracks, or fails under normal indoor use, we will repair or replace the affected section.

5-Year Manufacturer Warranty (Flexispot Desktop)

Flexispot Rubberwood desktops include a 5-year manufacturer warranty. The Nashville Workstations team will help coordinate warranty service with Flexispot to honor their warranty if anything covered goes awry.

10-Year Structural Warranty (Hardwood Desktop Only)

Our hardwood desktops are built to last. We guarantee the integrity of the structure for ten years from the date of delivery. This includes glue joints, seams, and laminations. If any part of the desktop separates, cracks, or fails under normal indoor use, we will repair or replace the affected section.

Sit-Stand Base Warranty

All sit-stand bases include the original manufacturer warranty. Typical coverage examples:

  • Flexispot E5: 10 year limited warranty
  • Flexispot E7, E7 Pro, E7 Plus, E7 Plus Max : 15 year limited warranty

If an issue arises, Nashville Workstations will help coordinate warranty service with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Cable Management and Accessories

All Nashville Workstations cable management products, including the Cable Lattice system, are covered by a one year limited warranty for material or manufacturing defects.

Because each Cable Lattice component is 3D printed, small variations in surface texture or finish are normal. The warranty covers only defects that affect function or structure and damage reported at delivery.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, over tightening, excessive force, or general wear from regular use. If a part arrives damaged or unusable, contact us and we will make it right.

For third party accessories such as Rip Tie WrapStrap, warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers.

Equipment, Cabling, and Peripherals

For customers who selected the Essentials or Pro packages, Nashville Workstations is not responsible for the performance or functionality of any customer supplied equipment, cabling, or peripherals.

For customers who purchased equipment through Nashville Workstations as part of the Concierge package, we will assist in honoring the manufacturer warranty and coordinate with the manufacturer to repair or replace items when possible.

Equipment not purchased through Nashville Workstations, even when installed under the Concierge package, is not covered under our warranty or service obligations.

Normal Wear and Tear

Wood is a natural material and will develop character over time. Variations in color, grain, and texture are part of its beauty, not defects. Normal wear, finish aging, surface scratches, or environmental changes such as humidity movement are not covered under warranty.

Coverage Summary

  • Covered: craftsmanship defects, joinery failure, installation issues, glue joint or structural failure of the desktop, Cable Lattice material or manufacturing defects reported at delivery
  • Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, neglect, excessive force, or normal wear from everyday use
